Joe Rachinsky brings 20 years of campaign, national party committee and House Republican Leadership team experience. Over the course of his career, Joe has built a track record of helping Leadership, Members, National Party Committees, CEOs, and Senior Government Affairs Professionals navigate through to successful results.
Most recently, Joe served as the Executive Director of the Cathy McMorris Rodgers American Dream Project, the political arm of the House Republican Conference Chair. He oversaw Cathy McMorris Rodgers’ nearly $11 million dollar political operation and served as her top political aide and liaison to House Republican Leadership’s political teams, National Party Committees, Members of Congress and other stakeholders in Washington, DC, Washington State and across the country.
Previously, Joe was the founding partner of the Catalyst Group, a campaign fundraising consulting firm, and Synergist Events a corporate events company.
Over 14 years Joe worked closely with Members and their teams on campaign fundraising, K street outreach strategies, and advised them on
committee and conference leadership opportunities. Over the years Joe has worked closely with Members like Gus Bilirakis, Greg Walden, Cathy McMorris Rodgers, Dave Reichert, Todd Rokita and Rob Wittman.
At Synergist Events, Joe led a team of event professionals, working closely with Fortune 500 Government Relations teams executing branding and corporate affairs events.
Earlier in his career Joe served as the National Republican Congressional Committee’s Finance Director overseeing the NRCC’s record breaking finance operation during the 2002 election cycle. He also spent several years running the National Restaurant Association’s PAC. Joe has lectured at the NRCC’s Candidate School, the RNC’s Campaign Manager College, and numerous Trade Association and Corporate meetings on political engagement, advocacy and fundraising.
Joe is a graduate of Lafayette College and lives in Fairfax, VA with his wife and son.
